Topamax (Topaheal) 25 mg is prescribed to control and prevent various types of seizures in people with epilepsy, including primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures and partial-onset seizures. It is also widely used for the prophylaxis and prevention of chronic migraine headaches in adults, helping to reduce the frequency of attacks by stabilizing overactive nerve impulses in the brain.
How to Take
Before start taking any new medicine please consult with a doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet, as it has a bitter taste. It is critical to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day while taking this medication to stay well-hydrated and reduce the risk of developing kidney stones. The dosage is typically started low and gradually increased by a healthcare professional. Do not stop taking this medication suddenly, as doing so can trigger a return of seizures or worsening symptoms.

Storage
